This is designed to improve the intensity and optimize heat transfer rate. We manufacture a wide range of Refrigerated Type Air Dryer; its primary function is to remove moisture by cooling air to secure current temperature.
The theory of methodical cooling is to remove the heat only. Initially, air enters the pre-cooler where inflow hot air is being cooled by exiting cool air to minimize the heat load of the evaporator. The air from the pre-cooler enters the evaporator, further removing the heat using boiling refrigerant.
Once the air gets concentrated, the moist air is passing through the moisture separator where moisture is drained out by the centrifugal action of air. The moist free air enters the pre-cooler to cool down the inflow air.
