Nitrogen Plant Capacity: 3 Nm3/Hr to 10000 Nm3/Hr Purity: 95% to 99.9999% Nitrogen (N2) generators eliminate all the purchasing and operating costs of N2 pressure cylinder systems or cryogenic nitrogen storage tanks by providing a constant supply of nitrogen to the construction site with minimal energy consumption and maintenance arrangements.

PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant is designed for easy installation in any indoor installation where only compressed air lines and electrical connections are required. With purities up to 99.9999% of N2, it is possible to connect gas from nitrogen gas installations. The MS Nitrogen Plant model operates on PSA technology, which comprises a two-column system filled with special Carbon Molecular Sieves, with one column remaining in the production cycle and the other back into the recasting cycle. It is used to produce nitrogen, which is between 95% and up to 99% pure. However, if the amount of the molecular sieve carbon increases, with the use of Ammonia Cracker purity, can be increased up to 99.9999%. Our most efficient models are having options with VFD drives, which can be used where applications where nitrogen flow varies rapidly, which reduces operational cost.

To increase the purity of Nitrogen further up to 99.9999% Ammonia Cracker can be used. An ammonia cracker, NH3-Cracker or hydrogen generator, is exercised for the formation of gas. The dissociation of ammonia gas NH3 transpires at the temperature of 800°C in the presence of a special nickel catalyst in an electrically heated furnace. Ammonia Cracking Hydrogen generators are Catalytic cracking units in which Ammonia (NH3) is separated into Hydrogen and Nitrogen.
